Craig Overpeck is a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur. Craig has built several medical media, market research, physician recruitment, and physician education products and services that have returned millions of investor dollars over the past 18 years. Craig has both startup and large public company experience and has successfully completed 7 large M&A transactions with leadership responsibility for their integrations. As Chief Operating Officer of M3 Global Research he was responsible for managing and integrating the worldwide resources of M3 Inc. including MDLinx, Doctors.net.uk, EMS, Medigate, Medlive, and M3. He was the driving force behind the creation of MDLinx.com, an information portal for physicians that includes journal articles, conference summaries, and educational modules. By providing a link between pharmaceutical companies and the doctors who prescribe their drugs to deliver world class market research bringing M3 Global to its current standing as the largest market research data collection company in the healthcare industry. Previously Craig spent two years transforming undergraduate and graduate medical education building platforms while at the Association of American Medical Colleges including GMETrack and FindAResdient. In 2016, Craig was named CTO of the Year awarded by Corporate America Magazine and was also featured in Profile Magazine in January 2017 for his role in M3, the #5 Forbes Innovative Growth company of 2016 and 2017. Craig graduated from Ursinus College with a BS in Biology and Chemistry and attended graduate school at Villanova University for Biology. Craig has participated in Stanford University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program and lives in Blue Bell, PA with his wife and 4 children.
Bill is President and Co-Founder of BioInformatics LLC, and has 25 years experience providing senior decision makers with timely and accurate information products. He has managed or conducted more than a thousand market research assignments in support of market entry, strategic positioning, marketing and product launch initiatives. He works with clients to develop long-term partnerships and is a frequent speaker at corporate and industry events. Prior to founding BioInformatics LLC, he was a Senior Consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Markowitz & McNaughton where he helped corporations define their requirements to deliver critical market assessments to high-level executives. Bill is a former intelligence officer and decorated veteran of the U.S. Army who received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary.
Justin has designed and fielded nearly 400 market surveys in his tenure here at BioInformatics. Justin advises on optimal survey methodologies, designs qualitative and quantitative studies, and manages the BioInformatics team of business analysts. Justin is well-versed in a variety of quantitative techniques and methodologies, including conjoint analysis, discreet choice, multivariate, regression, ROI, perceptual mapping, forecasting, and modeling. He received his bachelor’s degree in Information Management & Analysis with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Greg is an experienced market analyst with extensive laboratory and business development experience. In his role as Director of Business Development, Greg serves as the liaison between our clients and the market research advisory team. Prior to joining BioInformatics, Greg was a manager of proposal development at Eurofins Medinet a leading provider of contract research services serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to this Greg worked at Human Genome Sciences in their Pharmaceutical Sciences division developing assays for use in product and process characterization. Greg received his M.B.A. from Georgetown University, his M.S. in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, and his B.S. from Millsaps College.
Mike is an experienced market analyst and corporate advisor with more than 13 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation and lab equipment markets. Mike focuses on providing clients fact-based strategic guidance driven by custom market research engagements. Mike brings strong critical thinking and analytical skills to bear on a wide variety of challenges. Much of his work is focused on target identification for M&A activity, new product planning and strategic pricing and product line divestiture support. Mike joined the company in 2002 from the UCLA Physics Department where he was a research and teaching assistant in the doctoral program. Mike received his M.S. and B.S. in Physics from the University of California - Los Angeles.
