Karen L. Blaine (Chief Executive Officer)
Karen takes a hands-on approach to supporting clients, sub-contractors and employees as the company enjoys continued growth and expansion. Karen has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the life sciences and has held positions of responsibility with industry leaders such as Fisher Scientific, GE Life Sciences, and Oncor. Karen is a co-founder of BioInformatics, and received her bachelor's degree in Biomanagement from Marietta College.
 

Bill Kelly (President)
Bill brings over 25 years of life science industry experience to his role as President of BioInformatics. Bill works closely with clients to define requirements for market assessments, competitive intelligence and new product concepts. Prior to founding BioInformatics in 1994, he held senior consulting positions with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Markowitz & McNaughton. Bill is a former intelligence officer with the US Army, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for his performance as Chief of the XVIIIth Airborne Corps Intelligence Production Section during the Persian Gulf War. He holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary.
 

Justin Dudash (Vice President, Research & Advisory Services)
Justin has designed and fielded nearly 400 market surveys in his tenure here at BioInformatics. Justin advises on optimal survey methodologies, designs qualitative and quantitative studies, and manages the BioInformatics team of business analysts. Justin is well-versed in a variety of quantitative techniques and methodologies, including conjoint analysis, discreet choice, multivariate, regression, ROI, perceptual mapping, forecasting, and modeling. He received his bachelor's degree in Information Management & Analysis with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
 

Greg Thompson, M.B.A., M.S. (Director, Business Development)
Greg is an experienced market analyst with extensive laboratory and business development experience. In his role as Director of Business Development, Greg serves as the liaison between our clients and the market research advisory team. Prior to joining BioInformatics, Greg was a manager of proposal development at Eurofins Medinet a leading provider of contract research services serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to this Greg worked at Human Genome Sciences in their Pharmaceutical Sciences division developing assays for use in product and process characterization. Greg received his M.B.A. from Georgetown University, his M.S. in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, and his B.S. from Millsaps College.
