How the Service Works

STEP 1. Select a survey option
Select a Results-On-Demand option based on your desired breadth and depth of the survey.

STEP 2. Submit your questionnaire
Submit your draft questionnaire for our multi-disciplinary team of scientists, marketing specialists and professional market researchers to review, and if necessary, make recommendations based on their experience and knowledge of the market.

STEP 3. Survey programming
Upon your final approval, we will program and test the online survey.

STEP 4. Survey launch
Based on geographic region(s), market segment(s), job position/title(s) and/or area(s) of expertise, we will identify members of The Science Advisory Board who are most qualified to participate in your survey. These members will be provided with a unique URL and encrypted password to gain one-time access to your survey. The survey will be closed once we reach your required number of respondents.

STEP 5. Final report and data delivery
Within 10 business days following your final approval of the questionnaire, we will provide graphical representation of the data collected as well as the raw data electronically.

Final Report & Data Delivery

We quickly deliver the information you need in two easy-to-use formats—providing you with the basic frequencies for each question, as well as the raw data so that additional analysis can be conducted internally. Upon completion of the project, you will receive:

• An electronic (PDF) copy of a final report, consisting of the following sections:
  • Study Methodology and Demographics
  • Presentation of the Survey Data, which includes frequencies, percentages and charts/tables for each survey question
• The raw data will also be provided electronically in SPSS Base or Microsoft Excel.

Pricing Options

The cost of Results-On-Demand varies based on the number of respondents you require and the number of data points* in your survey:

* The number of “data points” is the total number of possible answer choices in your survey.
** Prices represent flat fees and include HTML design, ASP Web programming, form testing, participant recruitment, fielding the survey, data cleaning, creation of the data set, and costs of incentives and their fulfillment.

Our flexibility allows us to meet your specific needs even if they fall outside of the scope of Results-On-Demand.
